Lebanon-wide delivery
A flat $4 anywhere in the country, complimentary once your order passes $120.
Cash on delivery
Pay the courier when your parcel arrives. No card, no deposit, nothing to settle up front.
Two to four working days
We confirm every order on WhatsApp first, then dispatch. Beirut is usually next-day.
7-day exchanges
Unworn pieces with tags attached can be exchanged for another size or colour within a week.

How your order is confirmed
When you place an order we save it and open WhatsApp with everything already written out — items, sizes, address and total. Send that message and our team replies to confirm stock and agree a delivery window.
If you would rather not use WhatsApp, call or email us with your order reference and we will confirm the same way.
Delivery times
Beirut and the surrounding suburbs are usually delivered the next working day. The rest of Lebanon takes two to four working days.
Our courier will call you before arriving. If you miss the call they will try again the following day.
Exchanges
Pieces can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, unwashed and still have their tags. Message us with your order reference and the size you need instead.
The courier collects the original piece and delivers the replacement in the same visit. If the size you want has sold out, we will offer another colour or a credit.
Returns for refund
Because every order is paid in cash on delivery, we handle refunds case by case. If something arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we will collect it and refund you in full.
Wholesale orders
Trade orders are arranged directly with our team — delivery is quoted per order and is not charged at checkout. Exchanges on wholesale orders are handled under your stockist agreement.
